The most likely thing would be a female ejaculatory orgasm? Girls can ejaculate too, so that seems like it would be the most likely thing.

Well, its never happened to me either. Some say it is caused by an extremely intense orgasm, so if she happened to be having a particularly good one at the time that seems possible. There could be other causes of the ejaculation as well, but its harmless, so if thats what it was then it cant be bad :)
