Going out at the local club/bar, standing talking to a few friends. I got a text I started to anwser, and in the middle a friend of mine kisses me and tells me that I should know I looked cute that night. He kissed me infront of like five friends of ours too.. What does that mean? Im new at flirting so I dont really get the signals yet... Can add that not me neither him were very drunk, just a couple of beers.

It means he is casual with kissing and what he did with you he will likely do with another girl under the same circumstances. There is alot of context missing in you story so I can only speak to what you shared.
In contrast to his actions, think about the romantic and respectful approach of being asked out on a date and getting to know eachother socially and emotionally. Then maybe under a starlight sky as you two contemplate eachother and gaze into eachtohers eyes and get a sense of connection, maybe you would get that kiss.
But to walk up to you in a bar and kiss you does not show class or respect to you. You are not cheap but he treated you like it.
