Maybe you shouldn't be telling everyone. I have a few flaws I don't tell my friends about...
Just make sure you are honest with significant others.
My questions would be:
How soon are you telling them?
How much detail are you going into?
Regardless if it's mental or physical, serious or minor, no one likes to hear a detailed medical history on a first date.
Don't hide it from them, but also don't make it what you are. Rather than becoming "OCD John", become "nice, gentle John, who happens to have OCD." The jerks will still drop off the scene, but the nice people will stick around at least long enough to see if they can live with your issues.
It's a matter of branding - don't become the diagnosis.

Why are you waiting a year before telling them? I can see it happening like this: Girl wonders why you're so depressed or anxious sometimes, she asks you what's wrong, you tell her nothing. She does everything she can to make you feel better but it doesn't work. Then after a year you finally go "Yeah so I have some problems with anxiety and depression and I'm on medication" and Girl thinks "Why would he keep something like that from me for so long? Apparently he's hiding things from me and I feel I can't trust him anymore. I'm out."
On the other hand, I find it hard to believe that you've had several relationships end JUST because you told them about this. There had to be more to it.
