Proposal idea help

Hello,

I had an idea for proposing for to my girlfriend and was hoping for feedback from others. I was planning on making a video slide show with pictures of reminders of our time together. I don't have a lot of pictures of us but was thinking about including pictures of where we had our first date, our vacation, plays we've been to etc. Then finish with a picture of the jewelery store then a romantic saying and maybe a picture of myself or the ring. Does this sound good, bad, stupid?



Also I was hoping for ideas on how to play the video for her as a suprise? Thinking about trying to figure out how to record a movie in front of it then have it cut away to it. Seems better then just saying hey watch this....
