Discomfort at work

Lemme just come right out and say it.....I'm absolutely completely uncomfortable around my supervisor... Every Monday night I have to work late and she wants to wait for like 3 whole hours with me at work which, regardless of whatever intentions she has regarding this, is just downright uncomfortable. If another co-worker comes over to talk to me, almost like clockwork, she gets up from her desk and joins the conversation which is EXTREMELY just...idk...weird.... I mean honestly around her, I feel like I'm being hounded by a possessive bf.... and yes....I'm female. But it's like no one should talk to me without her being present. Other ppl keep telling me that maybe she's just trying to find a friend but I just feel crowded in by her, like I'm suffocating whenever she's around. Is there something wrong with me? I mean no matter how hard I try to feel ok about her, I just always come away feeling like I'm in some sort of clingy relationship......
