DO not control

Love is something wonderful. Sometimes we can hear people say" Love hurts so much". Be careful, love doesn't hurt, in fact, you are the only one responsible for your suffering. Not easy to accept, but take the time to observe and you will see what I mean.

Love can't hurt you, but attachment, desire, expectation, lack of communication etc... are the reaons why we suffer. If your boyfriend or girlfriend break up, look at your first reflex. She or He is the cause of my suffering, I loved him or her and now I have no one. In fact, what hurt you so much is the fact that you are alone. Take a deep breath and relax. Accept the experience and see it with compassion :)

Love is not something that you can control and life will show you that truth until you get the wisdom of it.

Love is something marvelous.
