just to add i've been trying to die alot ofr the last two years.
don't want to start a new thread, but does anyone know any effective diets?
I lost weight easily by just dropping chocolate and working out harder... But then again, about 60% of my "normal diet" is chocolate lol.
same here, i am a huge chocolate addict. and i don't work out much really, i used a stepper at home for about 5 minutes after dinner and do about 30-100 crunches but that's as much as i have patience to do.
I don't know much about diets, but I'm fairly sure you can keep eating chocolatey goodness and still lose weight. It's just a matter of calories in vs. calories out. If you want to burn fat, cardio is the way to go.
Dukan's diet. It's effective but you have to follow the rules or you lose everything.
I'm currently losing weight just like that, and I like it ^^
