Sticky situation don't know what to do, please help!!!!

Okay so my girlfriend I were doing perfect(or at least i thought) until last night around 11:30. I had just got done seeing a movie with her and some of our friends (another couple). Before the movie she was very quiet and didn't really make any contact with me. When i got home i was texting her and she basically ended the realationship.....I will post the messages below.I need to know what to do, because i think im in love with her and that she is the one. You got too needy and suck ass dude, girls hate that s h i t. You want a girl to want you you have to be distant, kool, and be distracted. Never answer their texts right away, if they ask you what you are doing you be very vague like say "just busy", and cut off convo. Don't be so available to them, give very few compliments, don't show appreciation.....in other words be a bit of a jerk, nice guys finish last.
