The weirdest kiss ever, what do i do?

Hi :)

So i just started seeing a guy ive known a few weeks. hes really great and very good looking and seems to like me alot too.
we've kissed a few times now but it wasnt very enjoyable.
he just pecks, doesnt use his tongue, kinda keeps his mouth shut; not very passionate. the first time, wed been drinking so i put it down to that but its been a few times now, the same.

has anyone ever had this because ive never experienced anything like it and it didnt feel great.
has anyone got any advice as this is my only gripe about this guy, other than that hes great and id hate that to be a reason for it not to work.
i feel like if it carries on i wont be able to get into it but i dont know when or if its appropriate to say anything, and what to say.

I've had rookie kissers too and it's awkward especially when they don't even know how to touch/tickle or flirt.

Show him, involve him and make it cute/easy for him to try something new.
Then if he isn't open to new things: he won't change for you -and only when he is ready-

sometimes when you first start kissing a new person, it takes awhile for you to be able to get used to each other's styles and it's a bit awkward! maybe he was kinda shy and wasn't letting himself fully kiss you. next time try using tongue and showing him how you like it, maybe this willl help him open up and be more passionate :)

See, what if to him -he is being passionate?

just tell him you wanna try a new kissing technique and you wanna show him how to do it :) might or might not work :) good luck
