Just keep asking yourself, is what I'm feeling ok? or am I being a farkwit and making myself feel like crap for the sake of it.
In the first few days / weeks I realised 99% of what I'm feeling I'm bringing on myself.
So as an example.
She says leave me alone and dont contact me
So I send her a text and she doesn't reply
So I get upset and frustrated because she's ignoring me
But she told me she was going to do that, so why the fark send the text and then why get upset and frustrated because they didn't respond.
That's just an example cos we are in contact , but you get what I mean?
Most of our pain is self inflicted, just got to know when to stop doing it and realise if it makes you feel that crap, maybe you need to let it go and find the hapiness somewhere else. Even if that's in your own space and single
