Am i expecting wayyy too much?
So my bf and I have been together for like 4 months now, We're both 20. And he's my 2nd bf.
Please take the time to read this. I really need some help!
Lately, we've been fighting alot. He always ignites the fire and then blames it on me.
We're both in a very challenging program in 3rd year. Different programs.
We live like literally 2 mins away from each other and we somehow find the time to meet atleast 4 days a week. At times its hard cuz he goes home on the weekends and there's just so much to do academically during the week, that we cut it down to like 3 days.
1) I am always the one making plans like lets go watch a movie, or let do dinner together. He hasnt ever made plans. When I confronted him about this, he was likee.. its the same thing, you know how much I care about you. And whenever you make plans I always try to be a part of em.
Yes he does. But I just feel that he should be making some effort cuz i get sick and tired of always asking him to CHILL with me and do this and that. For a change,I want him to THINK and make some plans.
2) On valentines day, we had such a good time. I made something really cute and creative stuff for him and baked heart shaped cookies. This was my first valentines day ever with a guy. So i was really excited about everything. He got me some really nice stuff and a red rose.
I took all the stuff that he gave me and kept it inside my closet. But since he slept over that night at my place, all the stuff that I gave him was at my place.
It's been a week, he has come over like 3-4 times to my place. But he didnt take any of the stuff.
It really got to me.
There are a bunch of little things that I dont like. And when I confronted him about em, he'd tell me that "I cant read your mind, you expect too much"
Do I REALLLY expect too much?
I am sure these are some basic things that any chick will get mad at.
