Very confused about what to do with my gf

Okay so here goes.

My gf and I have been dating for around nine months now and we are total opposites but I love her. I go out and party every weekend and she stays at home and gets really mad if she hears that I'm doing that stuff. I smoke and drink and she does neither. Lately we have been arguing a lot and she gets really upset over nothing. We've been having sex for the past two months and that when she started arguing and being controlling.

There's this other girl. Not that I'm really into her or anything. Maybe a little crush. She comes and smokes pot with me and drinks with me and my friends on weekends and her best friend is dating mine. I flirt with her a lot and usually I felt bad about it but recently I don't think about my gf while its happening or after. That gets me thinking about our relationship and where its going.

My question is basically what do I do? Do I break up and go after the second girl or stay with my gf.

We are high school seniors by the way.

Trust me, you have what an introverted girl whom I'd be willing to bet makes you extremely happy most of the time. And you're comparing that to a bar slut that smokes pot with you? That's like comparing gold to horse shit.

If I were you I'd appreciate what you have. . . Try being more romantic with your girlfriend, take her out and do things with her that don't involve taking intravenous drugs. That way she'll take a different perspective as to your relationship, and become passionate towards you. . . And the final result will be happiness for both of you. On the other hand, if you decide to dump your girlfriend and go out with the pot girl, you'll find that she's just another one of those girls that flirts with everybody. I mean sure, you might have sex with her two or three times, but then she'll just dump you for some latino guy, and you'll see yourself all by yourself in this world, without a real girl to make you smile.

Don't be stupid, and stick with the gold you're lucky enough to have. . .

She isn't a "bar slut" and we definitely dont do any hard drugs. My gf gets so mad if i drink or smoke but I love to and she doesnt know i do often. I feel like I didnt describe the second girl well enough before. Shes been my close friend for years and shes so chill about everything and I think she has a thing for me since wer always flirting and stuff.

And as for the comment about having sex and then leaving for a hispanic guy? That is stereotypical bullsh*t and I really dont appreciate comments like that just because we smoke pot we arent bad people. We are both top ten in our class and have jobs so you can keep your propaganda induced biases to yourself.

Also, marijuana is not an intravenous drug. You are quite misinformed.

To be honest, I don't know why you're posting. Just think to yourself who you feel more comfortable with and which girl makes you happier and then go for her. Me, I don't know you or anything about you. . . So how am I suppose help, and for that matter anybody else on these forums. That's a decision you've got to take. . . But you've got to make sure that the decision you take is the right one, and that it won't make you feel repentful once you've taken it.

Just pick the girl you want to be with. . . That's in your heart man, and nobody here on the internet can help you with this one. . .

Anyway, OP, if you're asking yourself if you should break up with your girlfriend to date another girl, it's already over. Break up with her, but not because you want to date someone else, do it because she's controlling and doesn't approve of your lifestyle. Then stay single for a while.
