I dont know what to do...? (kinda long, but please read)

Im gonna try to make this as short as possible, but im not sure how thats gonna turn out. :P

Alright, awhile ago I met this guy named Jake. We saw each other again in feb. and got really really close. We started talking every night for like a month. During the month we both admitted that we had feelings for each other. But a couple weeks later he told me that he made out with some girl, then came back and told me he liked me. Eveuntally he told me he still liked me but liked her more. The conversation didnt end well, and I didnt talk to him for a month.

Yesterday I got a message from him on facebook. He said he was sorry, blah blah blah...and I eveuntally told him that I knew about something he didnt think I knew about, though he wouldent admit it. Instead, he just eveuntally stopped answering me. Now I will admit, I was being kinda a bitch to him when he messaged me...I guess I just dont wanna get hurt again, but can you blame me? I know we didnt know each other for long, but I can honestly say that my feelings for him were stronger than they have been towards anyone else. (I havent been in many relationships...I have major trust issues) So I eveuntally caved in and sent him a text apologizing for being such a bitch the night before, but got no reply. I know his phone was having problems getting messages at one point, so that could be it, or maybe he is ignoring me. I dont think hes busy, because I was just checking my facebook a couple minutes ago and he was on. Still is. Should I try to message him on facebook? I dont want to seem desperate, but at the same time, because of how the conversation ended, im just going crazy. I mean, even if nothing romantically happens between us, I just want him back in my life because I could consider him such a good friend. All I want is to just put everything out on the table without him getting pissed at me, which it seems like he is, then again, I know I was being a bit of a bitch yesterday. What should I do? Please...ill take any advice at this point.

Technology is a bitch. Call him so you can hear his voice and say look we need to talk can we do coffee. An blurt everything out than. If anything what ive learnt in the past month is geting hurt and upset over geting a txt or not getting a txt its a bitch and a half but if you call at least you get your response than and there and you know what is actually happening, without being left questioning what is actually happening.
So call him facebook and texts arent the best.

On another note do the 3 day rule. If he knows you always txt him leave it 3days on day 4 txt him I can almost bet he wiill txt you within those 3 days (you do NOT reply till day 4) coz he knows you always txt him and it will get him thinking of what you are up 2. My mate did this to her bf today and by the 1st hr he was sorry for the fight they were having. I did it to my ex when we first broke up I got at least 5 txts and calls from him each day for those 3 days. It will make him crazy not knowing what you are up 2.

They guy left you because he liked another girl better. Why are you willing to be involved with him in any way? You're okay with him dropping you and picking you back up whenever? It kind of comes across as you not having much respect for yourself.

So you were a bitch to him. That's never good, but you apologized, so get over it. You don't need to beg forgiveness. Just move on with your life without him in it.
