I need some help with my girlfriend. Please!

My girlfriend and I have been dating for roughly a year and a half. For the first few months it was great we were having fun, we were happy, and were having sex everyday, if not several times a day, but as the months passed it started to become few and far between. Lately it has been reduced down to maybe once a month. I ask if she will have intercourse or give me oral, and she always says later, but later always comes and goes without anything happening. I usually end up with a promise of oral or intercourse, so once it doesn't happen I get disappointed which leads to irritation, then sometimes we get into a fight.

The fights we are getting into are becoming increasingly frequent. From my point of view the fights are inadvertently being caused by me asking for anything sexual. I'm sick of fighting, but I am in love with her and do not want to break up.

This leads me to my question, should I as the guy, completely quit asking for anything sexual?

What should I do?

First of all, don't ask. Just let it happen.

I give her much more oral than she gives me. The problem with that is after I do, she usually falls asleep then I get nothing in return.

Oral is meant to turn her on so don't get her off, get her warm up then go in. Make sure you satisfy her emotional need as well as physical. If she is happy with the relationship and happy with the sex she will want it more. Fighting over sex is only going to makes things worst.

The fighting isn't everyday, and they are more so little arguments than actual fights. We're still a really happy couple, it has just been getting troublesome. She keeps promising me that she will give me oral sex or that we will have intercourse, then when we get into it, I will get started and do something for her and she doesn't really return the favor. This afternoon I tried, I gave her oral got her turned on, then she went into the bathroom, presumably to freshen up, but when she came back she was no longer in the mood. She told me that she would give me oral later, so when I asked later she again just brushed it off and said later. Then soon after she fell asleep, and I'm not the kind of guy who would wake her up just to have sex. So at that point I just end up disappointed

Next time let her freshen up first, then give her oral and try different techniques perhaps it might turn her on even more. Don't let her go, move in before she cools off. Be more unpredictable in bed so she won't find it boring. If there is no problem in the relationship, could she be experiencing some medical conditions that makes sex less enjoyable? Is she on any pills?

I'm actually been trying to spice things up, I've bought some toys, dvd's, flavored lubes, what have you. She does not have any medical conditions, and the only pill that she is on at the moment is birth control.

I hear birth control can lower a women's libido. Toys, dvd's, flavored tubes might not be what's she into and might not satisfy her. Sexual fulfillment has a lot to do with psychological than physical. Once this older woman told me the best sex she ever had was when she did it with this guy outdoors behind some trees. She said it was great not because he was good at it, but because he was able to make her crave for it. She compare it to hunger. Food tastes best when you are hungry.

First of all thank you very much for trying to help me with all this, I'm pretty lost. I've been talking to here today and apparently she doesn't like to give me oral sex, and she doesn't want to try any other positions than missionary. She doesn't want to try anything more adventurous so I dont know that I will be able to make her crave it. So at this point, I believe the only way I will be able fix the arguments is going to be to cut out anything sexual entirely.

Woah, sounds like she's extremely boring in bed. If I were in your position I would leave her and find someone who both enjoys sex in general and wants to have it with me. That's just me though.

Sex is important, but not "the relationship" give it a few days. Go out, have fun. Take her dancing or something.

From experience, taking your girl to the club, dancing and getting hott and heavy on the dance floor makes the female want it that much more. They feel sexy and thats what can lead to sex as well. Enjoy :)
