Really confused! Started to think back ...

There was a boy and a girl who are interested in each other. They are usually being very intimate, they hold each other hands, hugging each other tightly, blushing when they are holding hands. They share ONE of their biggest secret. One day that boy asked that girl: "Do you like me?". And that girl answered: "Yes". That boy smiled and his face was blushing.

That boy usually cares about that girl? Often asking that girl "What are you doing yesterday?". When that girl tell her friend that she is hungry, that boy hears that and buys her food. That boy always tell that girl to go to bed early so that it'll be good for her health. That boy usually thinks for the best solution to solve that girl problems. Their friend say that they are a cute couple, often teasing them, and they both get blushing.

So what do we call them?

sounds like middle school stuff. No you're not a couple until it's agreed by both parties that the relationship is exclusive.
