In all seriousness, I have no idea. I haven't been broken-hearted enough to really know how bad it is.
I actually been listening to Adele (I know some people hate her) but she writes some pretty good songs.. mainly about a break up, lost love one etc.

Yeah I kinda know what your saying. All these songs are making me cry at the moment. Really feeling like crap today. Definatly torture. But somehow I feel i need it. I have to be with it and happy all day at work and in the company of others. SO when i get a moment I listen to some of these songs and allow myself to cry.
