I'd received sun burn on my face. I later explained my situation to my man, and he stated to me that, "you're not used to being in the sun for a long period of time because you have the colonialist mentality!" I was completely shocked from such a brash and callous statement made.:surprised

Aloe Vera gel is pretty good for sunburns. Also, wear a hat and a sunscreen with a high SPF and reapply often, especially if you're swimming or sweating a lot.

Other than that, I don't know what kind of response you're looking for? Your boyfriend is a dick, I guess.
