It's hard to understand because it's so badly written but I guess it means that he thinks you are adorable when you get annoyed and actually quite hot.

It's safe to say that he likes you since guys don't generally give compliments girls they don't like. From what you have told, it's not possible to tell if he likes you more than a friend but it does seem like he's flirting with you. Finding you hot certainly doesn't count out the possibility that he likes you more than a friend.

i dont think it means he forsure likes you. take it at face value, he thinks your cute/attractive nothing more or less.

IMO, he thinks you're attractive and he likes knowing he can influence your emotions. Sounds like you'll be getting your neck squeezed and your hair pulled if you put out though ;)

I would interpret it to mean that he 'likes' you personally. It doesn't sound like the sort of compliment one pays to a woman one doesn't have some feelings for to me.
