Whose Fault is it?
Well, yesterday I ask one of my guy friends for a favor (see him more than a friend) if he can help me study for a class, but before that I asked him if he was going to be busy he said no. Then today i send him a text and asked him if we can meet up at 3pm, but then I asked text him again to tell him nevermind because I asked to study for another class. About 30 mins after that text, text him and ask him around 5. He finally text and said " Sorry, I made plans" I was kind of mad because we had made plans before and he said he wasnt busy. , but I changed my mind at the at the last minute. So, I should I be mad at him or is it my fault for changing my mind

My question is should i be mad at him because he made plans with someone else , even though we made plans the day before or is it my fault because I changed my mind at the last minute?

If you changed your mind at the last minute, then changed it back, it's your issue. He can't be faulted for making alternate plans after you backed out.

I blame the elves. Or maybe gremlins. They're equally probable.

You said you are friends but you see him as more than that if I understand correctly? Does he know you think of him as more than a friend or does he think you are purely friends?
Additionally, from what I understood you are chasing someone and stressing about not meeting up with him when he doesn't even know how you feel? This is why I ask :P
Oh and elves are highly intellectual, they don't have such problems.

And they say men are the confusing ones.. wtf... you make plans, cancel, then try to make plans again and get upset when he didnt wait around for you.....

I don't know how you could be upset about canceling on him. The world doesn't revolve around you, he doesn't need to stop his life on the off chance you might reconsider canceling on him.
That, and he probably didn't even have plans. He probably wasn't happy about you jerking him around, so he just told you he was busy.
