Does anyone on here remember any of the old school video games like the original Nintendo (NES) or Sega Genesis? Today I pulled out my bf's old Nintendo and started playing Mario 3 (Those games were fun!!!) Anyway, it lasted a while and then it froze up. I had to reset it, but then the screen wouldn't stop blinking. So I remember you used to have to blow in it. I tried that, but I can't get it to stop blinking.
I read on the net that the connectors on the old Nintendo were made of copper, which oxidizes over time. Apparently, you can buy a new connector, not made of copper, for only about $11. Then, all of a sudden, it's like your system is brand new. I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried this? Or if you just want to say something about old school games, feel free. They are so much fun!!! :)
