JOKES ARE HALF MEANT? what does psychology say about this?
so we're playing the lead roles, I play as Juliet and He plays Romeo.

yesterday he told me through chat that he has something important to say and when i asked him he asked, if i could just be juliet and he will be romeo in our REAL LIVES. 'then he ended with a "JOKE! :)"

he also says that he's excited even if it's his first time because i'm with him, and he always tells me that eveb though he's not goodn in acting, its okay because i'm there. but all that he says ends with a JOKE! :)

just wanna know if he's just playing around, because i like him. i need an answer that is related to psychology, thanks :)
