Need advice/ideas...

Hey guys, first post here... LONG story short...
I had a girl that I was supposed to get married to (we're both in our early/mid 20s) not rushing any of those plans, but we both agreed to marrying eachother, and we're extremely happy about the idea. We got along great, had so many different things in common, and truly loved eachother. Both of us were so secure with ourselves that we were going spend the rest of our lives together. We made eachother complete.

However, because of me being too clingy for my own good, and too persistant, she had to break things off a few months ago. Its extremely hard for the both of us.

The biggest thing I have to prove to her, is that Im not completely dependent on her (which caused us problems... whenever she had other things going on, I'd panic that she wasnt around) But although I'm doing a much better job at that, I need some ideas...

I saw her a couple of times since we broke up. Each time, everything was fine, but the best night, was at my sister's wedding, she was invited and attended. With the "love in the air" atmosphere, and a successful run of NOT texting her 30x a day, every day, she really seemed interested in me. I didn't receive any affection from her since our break up, until that night (early July) and she was holding hands with me, running her fingers through my hair, rubbing my back, etc... And was happy.

I'm kind of on the outs with her again, because I haven't worked out my issue of being clingy and needy 100%, but I feel that if I can go a whole month without contacting her, proving that I am making the improvements that she wants me to make, she will give me that second chance. I know her inside and out, she will.

Well, I want to be around her in another romantic atmosphere. She sometimes has issues of looking at things in a pessimistic way, but for instance the wedding, she didn't look at my bad qualities, she looked at everything in a positive way.

So, my question: What kind of place can I try to get her to go with me, that she will feel the love between us, because of the atmosphere? And it can't be a full out date approach, because I don't want her to feel like I'm pushing it on her (for instance a nice restaurant... she'll see it as a date, and with the word "date" she'll just see me pushing it back on her to get back together... she needs to think of it herself)

Any ideas?

If you need to know more about our interests, we are both very much into music (punk rock) and are the type with a lot of tattoos and multi colored hair. We also are somewhat artistic, and are really into photography.
