Single, depressed....and horny.

So i broke up with my boyfriend and went NC. Im finding it hard to get over him, i wont go into the story, but some of you know it anyway.

Its only been around 3 days and i am having the WORST mixed feelings i have ever experienced. I feel devastated about the breakup, for a few hours i hate him with a passion and honestly feel so much anger it is unbearable. Then i switch, to missing him and loving him and feeling tempted to see him. Then i feel happy that it is over and feel excited for new things to come. On top of all this, i feel horny. I constantly have that feeling, (you know, the buzzing feeling when you are completely and utterly turned on) its always there. I am starting to look at men and i feel turned on.
Its very confusing..
So much as seeing a kiss on a movie im watching can send me into dispair about the breakup and wishing i could kiss him, yet i feel so crazily turned on.. By a kiss!! I would watch porn, but i feel if a kiss can make me so upset and miss my ex, then what would porn do. So porn isnt an option..
I have been masterbating non-stop and i still feel turned on!

Ugh. This breakup is the worst i have ever experienced. The sex was just so mind blowing i miss it :( but he was such an abusive prick i cant go back now..

Has anyone felt like this before? Thanks in advance. I just needed to vent my sexual frustrations out.. lol

all I can suggest is avoid TV and porn and even back off on the masturbating. It's just an itch, you can ignore it.

You're just going through withdrawals Jaden. They will pass with time. Every time you think about the good in him, think about how much effort and work you have already put into getting over him and how quickly that could be erased.

Ah! It does suck! I have been avoiding any type of movie or anything since we broke up, even just a glance gives me that acheing feeling in my heart. You're right, it is just an itch. Masturbating helps a lill bit though. Helps scratch the itch anyways. lol :D And yes, everytime i get tempted to see him, i just think about allll this i will have to go through all over again. Scratching itches sometimes makes them itchier. This is part of the withdrawal. :)

lol I guess i am trying to take your place :) and wow, i feel bad for guys all of a sudden. If this is how frustrated you feel all the time, i do feel bad. Haha.

I know i just have to tough it out, but masturbating does help a little. That intense feeling of needing/wanting him goes away as soon as i get off. But it is just so strange to be constantly feeling on the look out for good looking men. lol I broke no contact on thursday, ugh. I replied to one of his texts, he said he was going to buy $120 bucks worth of Oxy's and take them and hoped he would go into a permanent sleep. lol I just said 'stop it' and then we spoke for a while.
I just told him it wasnt because i didnt love him it was because he had become abusive, when he started to try and 'make me understand why he did those things' i tuned out and went back to ignoring him.
I dont feel so bad anymore, i am enjoying my 'me time' and have a new job interview on tuesday :) Time to change things up. Thanks all
