Care that I get is less than ever

Hi

I have one co-worker (Girl) that I really happy to live with. We work in the same team but different sub-team.

In the past,
We have many thing to do together. She alway have many thing to talk with me. It have many time that we go to sit other place in office to buy something and talk together. We go to lunch together nearly every week. We alway go outside together to buy snack in the afternoon. We all talk in messenger. It have many thing that we do together that make me happy and feel that she happy with me.

But now, something have change..
She talk to me very little. We don't have time to stay together. I feel she doesn't care me. When she have problem or story to talk, she doesn't talk to me but talk with people in her sub-team.

One day, I try to stop talking with her but it doesn't make she feel miss me but I feel very bad.
after that day, I feel very. I want to talk to her. Then, I try to talk with her. Find many story to talk with her. Everything look better. We have lunch on weekend together. But not everything look worse.

What should I do?

I think she is avoiding you as she found another person to hang out with...
You have to be very clear in this situation but its very difficult for everone to tell what a girl thinks....

My advice is: Dont imagine anything...Try to maintain distance with her...

I think you didnt have any affair on her...

It sounds like possibly one of two things happened:

She either realized that she needed to concentrate on work or she met someone else who she wanted to focus her attentions on. Either way, it is not the end of the world. Keep things casual and understand that if things don't go the way you want it is not the end of the world. And don't focus only on her. Keep your eyes open for other potential dating partners. There is no reason to stop yourself from anything. You aren't in a relationship with her.

I know its difficult but you should bear it atleast now.
try having more fun with your friends.
