Get a hazard suit and report her to your local police department.
even if you do get it you just need to take some acidopholous (approx. sp.), eat some yogurt and it'll go away. yes you can get it but it doesn't always spread. in fact it usually won't spread. my advice is not to make her feel gross about it. it's nothing serious. tell her not to eat so much pasta/bread/sugar/sodas/beer, it's usually one or more of those things that cause ones body to produce yeast. ain't no biggie.
I am pretty sure the only place a guy can get it is his mouth but then it's called thrush. ::shrugs:: Not positive on that one though. As for eating yogurt...that only helps to prevent. Same goes for the acidopolous. If you don't have symptoms, get the stuff. It can be bought over the counter at the drug store in pill form. It's fairly inexpensive and it works at preventing, not curing. :)
oh. thanks for clarifying that blackrose. but guys can get it on their thingies too.
So the real question is, did you have sex knowing that she had one?
She told you she might have one after the fact?
Either way, if a girl actually has a yeast infection, there is very little "guessing" that "think" you have one. She either does or does not, and it's pretty hard to miss.
