Asking a girl

I was wondering females opinions on this. There is a girl i haven't been able to figure out but thats not what i am here to ask about. Either intentionally or unintentionally she has been sending mixed signals and i have got to the point that i am sick of them and just want to find out one way or another. Anyways we are planning on going to the warp tour tomorrow once she gets off work and she knows i cant stand that music, im a country/classic rock guy. I am planning on after we are done and i take her back home to take her hand and kiss it and say something along the lines of " i find you very beautiful and you are a lot of fun to be with. I don't know how you feel about me but i would like to see if there is anything there." If a guy were to say that to you, how would you respond?
