Old JR High School Girl Friend

I login on to Facebook one night to find that i had a new friend request.
It just so happened to be my old JR high school girl friend,so i friend her.
I have to say i have had this woman in the back of my mind for allot of years.
She also told me she has be trying to find me in one way shape or form for the past ten years or more.

Now we have been talking on Facebook and on the phone.
Its just in the catching up stage now.
She is in a relationship right now.
Now this is my problem i know how i feel about her, that don't take rock science to see that.
The thing is i can kinda tell in her voice and in some of the remarks she has made that is could be allot more then just catching up real soon.

Now i am not a man to be any part of breaking up anyones relationship.
She keeps pushing for use to meet.
I have been making up all kinds of excuses not to meet her.
I guess what i am asking is am i reading too much in to this and should i meet her?
Or should i just bring up to her on the phone or in chat what i am thinking?
If so how and what do i say.
