I'm 23 and I believe this is my first heartbroken, but I was surprised that I just used this relationship to get out from my past relationship that I had before this one. But I was so into this relationship and gave up everything and now I was more painful that the first one.

I'm 23 too! I know how you feel. When I had a rebound relationship and it ended it felt like the end of my world. Luckily it wasn't. You just have to remember that you have the power to make your life better. Remember all the great times you had while you were single.
Maybe it happened for a reason. Maybe it was a sign that you shouldn't use other people to help get over past loves. Let yourself grieve on your own until your ready. Pick up a hobby, read a good action book, meditate. Whatever you need to stop thinking about the breakup.
