Call now to go through both of your scheadules. Pick a weekend that's free for both of you. It's not rocket science :D
I arranged a weekend date just today actually :) She doesn't have a free one in a month :P
The guy I'm interested in told me, this past Saturday, that he'd call me for a coffee date so we could get to know each other better. I haven't heard from him yet. But, then again, he works full-time and isn't sitting around on his butt -- bored -- like me. I'm just wondering how much time I should give him to call, then maybe call him myself. I don't want to seem pushy.
Oh, haha. I was thinking about a date that takes a whole weekend :)
Feel free to call him whenever you want. Agreeing on the date of your date isn't pushy, you don't need to worry about that. If you have other plans on weekend that might interfere with the date, I suggest you call him as soon as possible.
I always agree on exact dates with time to meet instead of vague in the weekend so I'm not sure but I guess he'll call Friday evening at the latest.
Friday at the latest-- yeh, that's what I was thinking. I may call him then if I haven't heard from him first. I hate waiting on someone. Gr-r-r-r!
If you call him now, you don't have to wait ;)Quote:

If you always agree the exact time before hand - or if that's not possible, agree when to contact again - you never need to guess. Just a hint :)
Oh, I want to call him badly. You don't think I'd come across desperate or pushy? We talked last Saturday so it's been 4 days. Although he did tell me he'd like to go out with me, I'm wondering if he's having second thoughts. I was pretty forward and caught him off guard at the time. He might have gone home thinking "That was some crazy lady! Don't know if I want to do this or not!" hahahahaha!

Thanks for your suggestions. You're very kind. :)
No, I wouldn't think so at all.Quote:

Do you have any reason to think he does?Quote:

You said in the other thread that he's shy and quiet. Being shy, maybe he wouldn't have dared to ask you out and probably went home praising his luck for finding such a straight forward woman.Quote:

I believe most guys, especially us shy ones, dream of meeting a woman who has the confidence to take the initiative.
Not really. It just popped into my headQuote:

Call by Tuesday. Wednesday at the latest. If a guy asks me after Wednesday, I turn him down.
Yep, as a guy I always call at least 3 days in advance to a date.Quote:

Oh-oh! He's late calling then. We talked about just meeting for coffee and getting to know each other-- nothing formal.
Crap! I guess I'll have to suck it up and just call him myself. I'm soooo nervous!
