After 4 years, getting back together

Here's the situation:
I broke up with my fiance 4 months ago. It's amazing how long and how much I compromised and settled for this girl.

the girl I want was separated 4 months ago, divorce is underway.

I have known/been in love with her for 6 years, just visited her weekend and it went great.
Had fun, conversations and sex. I'll be visiting again soon.

I know it's not fair to my ex to have been hung up thinking about someone else throughout all of the time we were together, but... moving on, I need practical advice. No cliches of "if it's meant to happen, it will"... I know this. It is meant to happen.

What I want to know is the best way to handle ...wooing... a divorcee with whom I already have a history with (we never dated but at certain points wanted to).

She doesn't think either of us are ready for another serious relationship, but says she does want something with me eventually.

We text many times daily, and say I love you to each other.
