Ok Ladies any clue to what's going on?

So, I've recently seen this girl that I've known and dated for a while 7 years ago.

We have been out 7 times in the last 3-4 weeks and have been in contact almost everyday, like text,email etc.

We have always got on really well and are laughing non stop when together. Plus everytime we've been out they restaurant's have had to throw us out, because we have been there so late. And she stayed over two weeks ago, as we got back so late but nothing happened.

She bought me a couple of presents lately, only little funny gifts that are more inside jokes etc.

I haven't tried anything with her, not even a kiss as I really like her but don't want to be too forward and she sort of has a boyfriend in another country but only seen him 20 times in 3 years.

We we're supposed to meet up few days ago but she has not been well through the week and said could we do the day after, which I responded sure no problem. So yesterday we we're going to meet up but I never heard from her and thought I would leave it to her to contact me as she was the one who rearranged.

I have not heard from her today either. I don't want to text her and seem clingy, plus if she was interested, why hasn't she contatced me. I know sometimes people like to have alone time and she has told me that before.Plus she was not feeling great through the week, I did see her mid last week though.

But, It's strange that she sort of left me hanging.

Am I reading too much into this, or have I got a point?

I don't really know how to play it from here.

It's just unusual she hasn't been in contact, as we normally are.

You really should have texted her back. Just casually to ask if she's feeling better. Do it if you havent already. Most likely she'll text back as if the no contact ever happened and you two can go out again. I think you're reading too much into it. If you get back together and she acts really distant, then you have something to look deeper into.

I recently started talking to an ex that I havent spoken with in over four years. We have an awesome time talking, but i never message him first, he has to start it. It shows that he wants to talk to me, instead of is doing it just cuz he's bored.
