I'm sorry to say this but she probably just thinks of you as a friend. I don't no wot other signals she's given you but giving u her phone numbers and email address is probably just her being sociable. The fact that you've asked her out 3 times and she's said she was busy or changed the subject shows that she's probably not interested in a date. Sorry if this wasn't wot u wanted to here. i think she just liked the attention and being flattered so she gave u her number and all cuz u were into her. so shes obviously just enjoying the attention from u.

thank you all for the advice...I already kind of ignoring her, and she at least keep emailing me twice a day asking how I do and what am I doing.
