What does it really mean when a guy sends you messages that he wants to give you a good spanking? Does it always mean hard core sex? Or could it be just mental discipline etc? So my question is that is it a sexual implication?

Actually he has been asking if I have a boyfriend for a long time, but I never wanted to tell him, because I had this attitude that what is it for him? We have kind of a professional relationship with this guy so I always thought he was crossing the line by getting too personal. I just simply didn’t answer to his questions about my love life and I changed a subject every time he started to ask about it.
He has told me many times he likes me and he always compliments me saying how beautiful, cute and sexy I am which is fine. He says I'm perfect. I always found his flirt harmless so far.
