Hello everyone I quick question about feelings

Hello I'm new here and did not know where were to b put this so I fort here
So I haven't had a relationship in years or even a girlfriend I know I'm only 20 but the last time I had a girlfriend was a few years ago I've always been really insurcure about my body but never show it i just put a brave face on and deal with what comes my way I never show my feeling to freinds or family I just smile and get on with anything bad that happens they think nothing effects me but it dose and I am hurting inside from things that have happens in the past but no one knows I was just wundring if anyone could give me a little advice on what i should do because I really don't know who to talk to but I need to talk to someone I have all these feeling but do not know what to do with them or how to deal with them they keep on building thanks for reading and sorry if it makes no sence

I can relate your post with myself. Whenever I feel blue, I talk to my BFF's about it. They help me feel better. If my emotions are at its epitome, then I start jotting them down in the form of poems. It helps me to vent out. I listen to music, meet people and try not to be alone.
