Hi, im new and really need advice!

Hi Everyone, im very nervous about posting as i have never been on a forum before, well not like this. I am 26 and live in Coventry. I am single at the minute due to some personal problems and i guess thats what i need advice on. Im so fed up of being single and i do feel pretty lonely, i dont want to seem like i feel sorry for myself because i dont but i just need some advice and help. Anyway thanks for listening ill look around and find where i should post :)

first off.....how long have you been single for?
Right now it may feel sucky to be single, but you will realize it's for the better. The worst thing is to rush into a relationship when you are dealing with emotional baggage.....recipe for disaster!

Hi, thank you for replying. I have explained abit more in my other posts. My situation is abit unique and embarresing but in short i suffer with a hormone condition which has caused me to grow breasts over the years and become more feminine looking :( so thats why i have been so lonely and not in a relationship for so long. My questions are how do i approach a woman with this and how would they react, could a woman ever want to be with me or be attracted to me. Im just so fed up of being alone and just want someone to share life with i guess. Thanks again for replying :)

well, you'll have to find the right woman that won't be too bothered by it. I would try searching for women online, that way you get to share your personality first before you share your looks. A woman may not be so quick to judge when she knows what your personality is really like

^^^ If you do that, I suggest that you show a photo of yourself full on. No one, man or woman likes to be duped and if you are showing old photos or hiding yourself and you show up completely different than you portrayed yourself, it will be an instant turn off ~ even if you've managed to keep them occupied with your personality.

Have you spoken to a doctor about having some augmentation done? If its affecting your social life that much then why not do something about it?

^ yes i agree. Don't try to hide the fact and I would also mention that you have a hormonal problem and as a result have boobs before you meet a girl

Hi Both, thanks for the advice, i have been turned down twice for breast removal, due to the fact they are still growing, and to do it at this stage would be pointless as breast tissue would still grow after and i would have to have it done again :( also because my breasts are large the scarring would be severe and that really worries me. I have come to terms with my own body and i know it sounds strange but i am attached to my breasts in away. I just want to be excepted for who i am and thats a hard thing to find for anyone, let alone a man that has DD boobs. I dont want to mislead anyone and you are right an upto date picture of me now would be a good idea, but i dont think people would be attracted to me as i am, i just dont know. I have been abused and attacked in the past for being honest about my condition, people just judge me and think im a freek or something. Its a very hard thing to try and figure out, thanks again :)

You are not envading my privacy, i guess im here to try and explain my situation instead of dwelling on it. I have a hormone condition that started about 5 year ago, my body cannot process testosterone in any form, i have tried injections, its complicated but it doesent bind to my receptors in my body and floats free, but free testosterone gets converted into estrogen which then binds to the receptors :) in short i have the same hormone levels as a woman and theres nothing that they can do about it without harming my health, so i have decided to live with it the best i can. Its some form of reifenstein sydrome. My breasts are a DD now and they are female breasts, not man boobs, thats why its so hard for me. I have in many ways come to terms with what i have and i except who i am but im so scared of peoples reactions due to previous experiences, but i want to have someone who love me for me. I do get confused and i admit im not very masculine in any way now, years of having estrogen has changed me in alot of ways, so i dont know how a woman would react to me ? thanks for replying, i think ive told complete strangers on here more than i have anyone in about 4 year lol strange how things work out, but thank you :)

i'm a woman, and i can tell you that I would feel very upset if i talked to someone online and he seemed like a nice guy, I saw pics of him and thought he was attractive....then I meet him and see boobs popping out of his shirt that is a DD cup size (bigger than mine). I would have a lot of questions, but would feel embarrassed to ask or put him on the spot. No second date. Honesty is the best policy in this situation.

Well, I won't lie to you, personally I don't think I'd be able to build a physical attraction to you as I like a hard chest on my man but one would think that there are woman out there that would love having both worlds in one man. ;) Bi-sexual women immediately come to mind. Does the estrogen affect your ability to get and maintain an erection?

I would never mislead any one, there is nothing worse than being lied to about anything in a relationship, so i would be upfront from the start, just dont really know how to explain it lol its very difficult. I do have problems with erections and i cannot have children anymore, i have shrunk considrably in that area because of the estrogen, but i still function with help from viagra :( i do feel that i have been cursed at times with this condition, but it wont beat me, im still me. Sorry to sound so unattractive as a man because i guess i am, not much of a prospect for a woman lol but i have alot of love to give, im just starting a blog about my condition which i might post alink to, it kinda explains alot, and shows some pictures. Its hard to explain how i look to people, and i think what i suffer from is so misunderstood or not known about :( thanks for your help, its very heartwarming to know that there are people who dont judge me :) thank you

well it takes a lot of courage to even come on a board and talk about your condition, let alone make a blog about yourself. Kudos to that. Also, you need to be upfront from the beginning about your condition and not being able to have children. Many girls dream of getting married and having children. The worst thing would be having a girl fall in love with you only to tell her then that you aren't able to reproduce.

Yes i know, this is something that upsets me at times, but because it was expected to happen from the start i have actually had sperm taken and stored, so in future i can still have children. I want this more than anything. I think ive just had enough of sitting around wasting my life away because of this condition, im a human being, and the plus side is i think i understand woman quite well now lol which from being a man and feeling like i never understood woman to how i am now is a good thing :) i like to see the positives.

it's amazing that you have such a positive outlook about such a tragic situation. Most people would not be as positive.
