A rather unusual but slightly irritating scenario.

For the past couple of weeks I haven't been able to cum.

Now, when I'm with my G/F I am turned on, very much so. No doubt about it. When I get a BJ or have sex, I have a stiffy no problem ... other than the fact I haven't been able to cum.

This isn't such a big problem for her as it means she's had a few sessions lasting more than an hour long non-stop. However, it's meant me getting irritated and also considerable friction burns from persevering!

It is on the verge of also becoming a bit of a problem for her as she is starting to think it's something she's doing wrong, or because I'm not attracted to her enough. I know this issue isn't her.

The only thing that helps is me taking things into my own hands, which is not ideal.

I've read something about delayed ejaculation, but in terms of causes, I don't really have the typical 'causal' factors.

I'll probably go see my doctor is this doesn't resolve itself, but was wondering whether anyone had the same problem at any point?

Sounds like a psychological block. Your body is willing but your mind is weak. Anything on your mind? Any reason not to trust your gf? Pregnancy fears? Too much "taking things into your own hands recently?

Hey! I am kinda stressed, and now that this has happened a few times, I'm even more stressed and am focussing on it too much. It has become a vicious circle. I'm finding it hard just to RELAX and let things happen. Pretty annoying.

Quit all masturbation, no porn etc. You might be suffering a bit of desensitisation and normal stimulus isn't enough to get you to blow your load. You need a bit of a 'reset' so the next time you're with her you are proper horny to the point of pouncing on her.

There is a rare disorder where you feel stimulation but can't reach climax.....it's a neurological disorder that has been recently discovered. Seek medical advice first...rather than the opinions of a bunch of strangers off the net.

Have you got a link to info on this 'rare disorder' you speak of, Smackie? I'd be interested in reading about it.

Let me look into it....I saw it on a documentary called "strange sex"

This could be caused by age, poor diet, over stimulation (too much porn), drugs, or excessive alcohol.
- What is your age?
- What is your height and weight?
- Do you do any illegal drugs? Yes or no is fine.
- How much do you drink at one time? How many times per week?

Firstly, I haven't come here looking for opinions. I posted in the "ask a male" section, and that's what I'm doing; asking other guys if they've experienced anything similar. I haven't asked for opinions, although any constructive opinions are welcome.

But you are right of course. People should consult their doctor before asking strangers for their opinions on medical conditions. You never know; you might get someone telling you that you're suffering from a rare condition that they saw on TV in a dubiously named documentary.

To be honest, as far as physical condition is concerned, I'm in great shape. My diet is good, I don't smoke or drugs either. Been drinking a little more than usual, but nowhere best excessive. I'm not a big drinker.

The only over stimulation I've had has been with my GF. That hasn't stopped me from getting an erection, or performing. I just can't cum. I won't see her again until the weekend. Until then I'm not going stress about it. If this weekends turns out the same, then I'll start getting pretty anxious about things.

I'm also going to experiment with some different condoms to much thinner/stimulating ones to see if it helps. Hopefully that and a week of no action will help things a little.

Yeah, I'm hoping a week of not seeing her, and not ejaculating either, will move things back in the right direction. If not, a definite trip to the docs is in order.

I have experienced about the same problem a couple of years ago. I can't guarantee it's exacty the same, but I was finding it extremely difficult to cum. I may had sex for an hour, non stop, and still not being able to cum. I sometimes needed something fast, like a fast blowjob (along with hands) in order to cum. Other times, I couldn't cum, not even with a blowjob. My partner was getting tired or quiting some times. When we discussed it, she said that I wasn't concentrated in sex that time and I was seem tobe lost in my thoughts during sex. She was right, it wasn't a good period as for my mood.

That period, I was watching way too much porn, that sometimes can prevent you from enjoying sex. If you watch much porn, it would be good to abstain for couple of weeks and see if your problem will get better.
