I love this guy, but dnt know how to tell him?

i have known this guy for the last 4 years and we are good friends...i m not sure if he likes me more than a friend or not.. he teases me around a lot (more on a friendly note) but never went beyond that.. he has been caring as well at my drunken times but never took and steps beyond that. when nothing happened, so i started dating this other guy... i really like him more than a friend and now now he is moving away to another country... i am not sure if i sud tell him abt my feelings... plz advice...

If you never tell him, you will have to live with that for the rest of your life. Not saying that telling him now is not to late if he's already planning on moving, but all i can say is that you will kick yourself wondering after the fact.
