Hello! My name is Max and one of my biggest passions in life is helping people. In late 2010 I started urbanfoodproduction.tumblr.com which was inspired in-part by research by ecopsychologists. My new blog psychalive.tumblr.com is more rooted in research conducted by clinical psychologists. Cultivating a life-long relationship with nature is a healing process, but for some folks it isn't enough.

Right now my new blog is pretty much only about depression, loneliness and the critical inner voice, but it will soon have advice and resources for relationships too --- as relevant to this forum. I can't recommend enough Dr. Lisa Firestone's new video on The Fantasy Bond, which has actually helped ME with my relationship problems
