Not conacting them i beleive is one of the best

I know i need to take my own advise but maybe other will agree the more u text or call someone when ur broken up or fighting the worse it is they kinda kow they got u. EVEN if u telling them anything about another man or girl its still satifies the other. But its so dam hard not to just text them and say something. I feel the harder and longer the better it is. Esp if u were the one bugging them then stop. I know its hard to do because even when they do contact u they may be playing the game. I look at it this way. No matter what there gonna do what theyre gonnad do anyway so lets say u and ur gf have been broken up five days and no contact from her i dont think if u contact her shes not gonna go out on a date because u did esp if ur the one who she was ignoring. Its better u dont and let them stir. Its hard and it varies but could be so true
