cant make up my mind!

okay so in short ive been going out with my girlfriend for almost a year, we are 16. the past 4 months or so have been on and off though, ive broken up with her twice, but was then drawn back to her a short time later. ive been having this issue where im constantly feeling that i dont want a serious relationship at this age, but i also love her. i just wanna do what i want and not have to worry, and ive promised myself that if i break up again it will be for good, i cant hurt her any more. i know that i would regret it, its just another case of the grass is greener sort of thing, and its just a constant battle to make my mind up. shes always stuck by me through everything, and about 3 months into our relationship i took her virginity which i think might be the reason she hasnt pushed me away when ive broken up with her previously. anyway i just want to know what to do.

can anyone please give some insight into this issue and maybe personal experience? what should i do? and is it normal to feel this way?
