The relation between desire and Love

Going from what I percevie what it should be, to what it usually is today.


1. Divine
This is a phase that is unfamiliar to most of humanity. When a human consciousness is awake and healthy the human perceives more than just what the physical senses show. The person has a lively inner life, full of intelligence which reveal itself from within the person through imagination and emotions.
So when a person like that approaches the partner, there is no desires, there are no impulses or thoughts that want to do this or that, there is a lot of vibrant energy, a divine presence between the couple and natural flow in the act. The couple become immersed in the feelings of peace and love. All physical movements in the act are done in a conscious manner. There is no impulses that draws one into moving in one or another direction. There is no urge to reach orgasm, it is simply not on the map. Persons who are able to have this kind of sex, see the essence in other humans and in all living things. The sex act for them is something sacred, a powerful experience that is full of joy and cognizant love for the partner, for the self and for everything else. Only if a small percentage of people would have sex like this, the whole world would be transformed.

2. Introduction of lust
In the next phase, the desire is introduced in the situation. Some attention is put on the physical sensations, and the bond between the couple gets interrupted sometimes. Some involuntary physical movement make their way in. But still there is a lot of energy, appreciation and love between the couple. The orgasm is introduced, and slowly becomes a powerful driving force for pleasure.

3.This is what we normally refer to as having sex.

In this phase, the presence is gone. The persons don’t feel each others beingness anymore and there is little emotions involved. The perception gets clouded by desire and the desire starts clinging itself to different body parts and to lustful sounds, movements ect..
The dominating driving force in the act is the orgasm, the partner simply just becomes a tool (objectification) for the self (the desires) to fulfill itself. All physical movement are done unconsciously. The sex becomes more rough. This kind of sex is a true signal of demise in the relationship between the couple. The partners start loosing respect for each other, and the eyes of desire open up for other attractive persons to satisfy the hunger for pleasure.
The “I love you“ becomes a lie.
