Need a woman feedback, maybe I reading too much into its

Hi, I am a middle 30's male who is going thru a divorce (substance abuse spouse) right now. I have 2 wonderful daughters who are living with me. In any case, I got a phone call over the weekend from an old friend, someone whom I haven't see for like 10 years (back in my college days, she was a friend outside the school crowd). In any case, she was calling me up around midnight from Aruba, she been living down there for like the last 10 years. I am from the US. I guess somehow she track me down by calling some of her friend and finally find me on the Internet.

We chatted for about 30 minutes, see what's new, who we have been in touch with. She mention she is also married, but have issue (didn't go in details) and also have 2 wonderful girls. she mention that she coming back to the state to visit later on this summer (around Boston). I took her that's funny because I was doing the same thing (still have friend by in that area). So I took her once I find out when I will in town I will let her go. So all and all the conversation ended without much more.

Maybe I am reading too much into this, that's why i want a woman point of view (being a dumb guy). It is common for a married woman to call up one of her old male friend out of the blue for no reason other than just to say hi (especially across country)? Or is there other hidden agenda? We were good friend, use to go out to the club, hang out, etc, but never were involve; so it is not like re-igniting an old flame.

Should I just play it off, or should I be doing something else like call her back and get more details? Any advise would be strongly appreicate
