is she playing games?

So I have this girl that is just beautiful.
We have not talked since summer but today I got a text saying heyy randy where you been...!!!! I waited a couple hours then responded who is this and to me it seems like she got mad. Earlier before I saw the text she said I just texted you and I said huh? And kept walking. The text she sent after I said who is this said wrong number. I know she was lying because like I said it had my name and she told me she texted me. What should I do? Is she playing hard to get or wants attention?

Why did you wait so long to communicate? You didn't initiate contact with her. You kinda fumbled it, too.

maybe she thinks you're playing games. 1. you took forever to respond to her original txt. 2. When you did respond your answers were "who is this" & "huh". I wouldn't bother with a guy after that
