Stupid boss

God. I'm a little bugged by this.

So I have a meeting with my boss to talk about processes, things I do, and to help her understand what I'm doing around here (that is, pretending to work). At the end of the meeting, she says "okay, great. that's all we need to talk about. Do you have anything else?"

Alright, you'd assume she understands, right?

I come back from lunch and there's a post-it on my desk. It says "Please review process with me."

WTF

Didn't we talk about this during the meeting??

Oh yeah... my point..share annoying things your boss does..

they can't seperate work and personal feelings.

Callin' to tell me in the morning I can come in whenever I want.

I mean, too cool.

My boss is wicked cool yo ;)

Brings me a soda and says, "Lets go for a break" and we just go outside talking for an hour or two lol.

i am fortunate enough to have really cool boss's. the home manager and the boss at the office. they are awesome. but i've had many boss's that sucked. and i told them so too. i've been fired several times for insubordination because in my teen years i could not help telling them exactly what i thought of them. but i've had the same boss for a long time and we get along fine cause she's the best.

my closest boss works near Boston, and im in Philly. How cool is that???

haha thats funny... I dont even know what my boss looks like, but i have had stupid bosses like that. Those kind of people had d/head bosses when they were younger, so they feel the need to continue the trend....asssholes

no, i'm an accountant..

i usually work with so little supervision, that it gets annoying to have someone just looking over my back all the time.

and we have these weekly meetings where all she does is tell me what she wants to do, what her plans are and i'm like great! that's half an hour where i can't be working on my stuff..

yeah i know what you mean. In my case, i dont have any supervision, but sometimes it sucks. All the people here are old as dirt. Therfore, im usually bored as hell. I guess this is why im sitting on LF, looking for a little social interaction. Oh yeah i almost forgot.....i hate boston/NE, you guys ruined everything this past football season!!!!lol

Im at tech analyst. My last job is insanely stressful, and all that. Talk about extremes, but i would much rather be in the postiton im in now. Im 22, and the one guy here that is closest to my age is 41. THis place is full of old engineers. All they wana talk about is their kids. Kids? im a freaking kid.... Is it friday yet???

oh, and yeah, the birds basically handed you that game. no worries, we will be back!!!! I seriously almost cried with that loss. Damn patriots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
