Hi!

I was roaming the internetz and came across this site. Figured it could be an interesting place to become a registered member, so here I am.
Part of me is here because often my friends come to me for advice, and I'd like to be able to put it to use for others. Another part of me is here because since I'm usually the one giving advice, when I need it myself I do not have anyone to ask.

Think this forum will be a nice source of advice since no one really knows who I am, and thus I get the blunt advice I seek.

I'm a Canadian (from the East), currently studying abroad in the US (Washington, DC). It's quite the interesting experience! There's not a big lot to say about myself, but I look forward to getting to know you all as the days go by *smiles*
