None. Texting is annoying when I'm trying to work.
I single phone call during the day is nice though

I like for my man (if we are in a relationship) to check on me through out the day. Not obessesively but just a couple.

There are only two reasons to get annoyed by a text.
1. The sender expects an immediate response and gets pissy when it doesn't come.
2. The sender sounds like a 13 year old girl. "I looooovveee you!!!"
My guy doesn't do either, so hearing from him is a pleasure. We text back and forth 10-20 times per day, sometimes sweet, usually practical, sometimes sexual, depending on the moment. If I don't hear from him, it's no big deal, it just means he's busy. Same for me.
Texts are nice! If you are in a love relationship she will appreciate them. Good morning and good night texts are sweet but also a surprise text at a different time of the day can bring a smile. I suppose it all depends on what she prefers and the daily circumstances of each of you:)
Indeed, most importantly, the girl shouldn't feel pressured to response. (vice versa)
To me, a text should have some real content, either practical or something that the guy is eager to share, sth odd, cool, funny..things you go through during the day / it's nice to stay in touch..
Personally, I wouldn't care much for the standard 'goodmorning sunshine' or sth in that regard..
It depends.
If we just got together in the "getting to know each other stage" I like lots of texts at night until you run outa things to talk about.
After that phonecalls are better. I live with my bf and we ring each other 1-2 times throughout the day just to say hello :) the odd time id send him a few texts or have a quick chat on facebook.
If you're just starting to know eachother, maybe some texts asking about her would be nice, you know, to show you're interested, that you care. But not too many you know, it would get tedious.
If you're in a relationship, the good morning text would be nice, if you're not, it would be kind of creepy. As for the good night, i'd prefer a call, to talk about what you did on that day and stuff.
Try to meet up with her if you want to talk to her though xD I'd love to talk in person more than texting and calling.
