Girl I like is really touchy feely but doesn't text now.. What should I do?

This is my first post on this forum. I will introduce myself on another thread but I just have this problem with a crush that I can't stop to think of. I really feel the need to seek advice from people on this issue.
So, there's this girl I know since almost 2 years. She doesn't have a boyfriend and we have many things in common. The only time I see her is during a course in school which takes place twice a year for two days. Last week we just completed our third out of four courses. In the first course I noticed she kinda touchy but nothing more. In the second we were talking to each other a lot more and had that special eye contact where we looked at each other twice. I definitely felt something but messed up and didn't ask for her number. 9 months later (2 weeks ago) on the first day of our third course she was really touchy feely and talked to me a lot. I waited until the second and last day of the third course (last friday) to ask for her number. That day, she again was really touchy with me, but with me ONLY,
She makes remarks about my physique (been hitting the gym since 10 months and got very good results).
She jokingly pushes me and one time jokingly hit her girl friend just to come by my side to 'hide'. She was really touchy throughout the whole day (e.g. like pushing me and stuff)
Anyways, she's touchy feely like that but as i said only with me. I tried to respond to her the same way she acts to me but i'm pretty shy. I asked her questions, tried to talk to her and it went all pretty well. Then after the course was over, we and a few other friends walked to the train station. we then were alone and as my train was arriving, it was my last opportunity to ask for her number (next course is in half a year). So, i asked her and she gave it to me. She hasn't shown any sign of regret or surprise after i asked her. She seemed pretty happy. Then we gave each other a kiss on the cheek (she made the "muaaah"-sound)
Now I FINALLY had her number. Later in the evening (about 10 pm, it was Friday) I texted her.
She responded the next morning like this: "Who are you?" Then I wrote: "The guy from the course"
Her: "Ooooohh [my name] :) :)"
Me: "You know, I found it mean that you were pushing me yesterday :("
Her: "Really?"
Me: "Hahaha you thought I were serious"
Her: "I don't really know what you're like.."
(This is where I think I kinda messed up) Me: "Would be weird if i was such a p***y"
Her: "Yeah but you didn't put an emoticon next to it so i was kinda uncertain."
Me: "Alright, next time I'll put one next to it :)"
After this, I haven't written anything to her and neither did she. It's been almost two days and I plan on texting her again tomorrow and eventually ask her out. (my friend's advice)
Now my question is:
What would be a good thing to text her.
How can I find out if she really likes me ?
And how should I ask her out?
This girl is unbelievably cute, like an angel and it would be the most amazing thing if I could hang out with her but I'm also a bit afraid of getting dumped. Especially because I'll see her in half a year at the fourth course again.
