I really want a taken girl

She's been hanging around with me after work for ages for the last few days. She has an older boyfriend too.

Basically I was unaware of her having a boyfriend for the first week we worked together, and hung out together. I read all the signals as she liked me.

Then I asked her if she was single, and I found it that she did have a boyfriend. However she's still spending a lot of time with me just chilling in a park and talking to each other and flirting. I don't know what to do? I feel like there's a few possibilities:

1) She enjoys attention and flirting from other guys.

2) She likes me as a friend and wants to spend time with me.

3) She likes me, and is waiting for me to make a move on her.

The thing is, I totally don't want to make a fool of myself here. I don't think it's right to make a move on her, but I've been hinting that I really like her.

Really not sure what to do here. I like her, a lot. However I'm struggling to properly read the situation.

I've also put myself in her boyfriends shoes and I know I'd have a problem with the whole thing if I was him.

As soon as you make a move on you she's gonna put the brakes on ya so don't bother. She has gotten bored with her BF and is lookin for some fresh attention. You are best to call her out on it pronto. Just ask her why she is hanging out with you when she has a BF. If she says her relationship is shit, you tell her she should break up with him then. If she pauses and starts handing you excuses, just tell her you can't hang out with her anymore then, and walk.

Two years ago, I was in the exact situation. A girl from work starts txting me and wants to hang out and do things. It caught me off guard that a pretty girl like that would initiate. So we went out to dinner, movies, and hiking. Then I ask her if she had a boyfriend and she said she does. So my response to her was exactly "then what the hell are we doing?" She was a bit surprised i was blunt about it. Then she said "I wanted us to be friends." She thought I was a cool person to hang out with because we had similar interest. So I was ok with the idea of friends.. But then eventually feelings starts developing between us and I knew it was just not right. I quit the job not because of her, but other reasons and basically distance myself from her out of respect for her relationship. She txt me from time to time but eventually it stop and we went our separate ways. A year later I hear they broke up. But now I live really far away so it's not meant to be.

Boyfriend/girlfriend doesn't mean crap. Tell her that you are into her and don't want to be friends. Let her know to get in touch with you if she ever loses the boyfriend.

If she's into you, you'll hear from her within a couple weeks to a month. If not, don't sweat it and move forward.
