The first things I look for are respect, compatibility, and trust.

Social, I don't want to carry the conversation
Honesty, I will tell it like it is, and she has to as well, even if the truth hurts
Active, be exercising, I don't want to stay in the house, so she has to be full of energy, anything outdoors or various others
