Okay so I tried to ring HR on Saturday, no answer so emailed her and told her I am leaving and heard nothing back. I then sent a resignation letter to head office on Monday and heard nothing by Wednesday so I rang my Supervisor to ask did they receive my letter yesterday? And still no word from anyone.
This is really pissing me off. I just want them to acknowledge that they know I am leaving on the 31st. Assholes. What now?
Go higher up, is your place of business one of many branches? Call or write the top peeps of the company.
Sounds like they are ignoring you on purpose, angry that you gave your resignation, who knows. Do they owe you back pay or something might be trying to avoid a pay out.
Not sure how it works in Ireland. If nothing in another day go into your work and talk face to face.
lol I just checked my email and she wrote back to me today. Yes they owe me about 1000 in holiday payment and I need to get my P45 too but she said she will get back to me asap about it as I want it the end of this month.
